Follow the Autobahn via Lausanne and Yverdon and then take the main road via Neuchatel to Biel/Bienne.

By car from Zürich:

Follow the Autobahn towards Bern until the split at Schönbühl, and then on to Biel.

By train:

There are direct connections to Biel from Geneva, Zürich, Bern, Lausanne and Basel.
