ASIC's How and when
Active in the ASIC and hybrid design industry since 1978, HMT is one of Europe’s largest independent contract design houses. Our dynamic team of engineers is dedicated to customer developments, comfortably providing the capacity for complex projects and higher volumes, while still offering the flexibility needed for cost efficient development of smaller series. Whatever the project, we bring long and extensive experience, covering mixed signal design in all of its forms, from micro-power to high voltage, from implanted biosensors to industrial control.
ASICs for Motor drive and control
We develop ASICs to power and control electric motors, with a speciality in dc brushless sensorless devices. Mounting inside the motor is supported with silicon designs for high temperatures and voltages.

Precision analogue circuitry and the right silicon technologies for communications and integrated voltage supplies form the basis of cost saving sensor solutions.
