TM96.1 Genie Explorer I

The TM96.1 GENIE Explorer I Variants A and B are evaluation and development kits for the HMT7742 GENIE IO-Link DEVICE PHY IC and the HMT IO-Link Mini-stack software. They can be used to:

  • evaluate the HMT7742 GENIE IO-Link DEVICE PHY
  • develop sensor and actuator applications for the on-board Atmel ATmega328P or ATtiny88 microcontrollers
  • develop sensor and actuator applications for the HMT7742 GENIE IO-Link DEVICE PHY and for other microcontroller types
  • evaluate and develop products with the HMT IO-Link Mini-stack and demo-application
  • develop sensor and actuator applications for the future HMT7744 combined microcontroller/PHY IC

 * 20mm x 6mm card with 5mm IO-Link connector. Preprogrammed with HMT IO-Link Mini-stack and demo application on a ATmega328P.

** 37mm x 30mm card with 5mm IO-Link connector and ATmega328P mounted. Sockets for programming with AVR JTAGICE mkII, and for connecting alternative uC, LED’s, switch and rotary potentiometer for simple sensor applications. HMT IO-Link Mini-stack and demo application source code is made available via FTP-site upon delivery.
