HMT’s IO-Link Stack, now with ISDU’s & Event’s
The HMT IO-Link stack software works in combination with the HMT physical layer IO-Link device line drivers (PHY’s). It is expressly designed to demonstrate and utilise the different UART operating modes of these PHY’s, such as MULTI- and SINGLE OCTET UART MODE, and to demonstrate the recommended operation of the low level software.
The source code of the stack and demo application is provided by HMT completely free of charge. It is specifically designed to be as small as possible, to be readily understandable for extension in customer applications.
The stack is fully compliant to IO-Link V1.1.3 and has undergone numerous levels of testing to ensure compliancy, both in customer and HMT’s own applications.
